We make the admissions process as straightforward as possible. Our team is here to answer every question along the way.

How to apply

Six clear steps from first inquiry to first day of school.

Book a campus tour

Visit our Kitisuru campus to experience our community firsthand and receive the full application package from our admissions team.

Complete the application

Fill in the online application form and submit the required documents from your child's previous school.

Student assessment

Your child completes an assessment to evaluate knowledge, skills, and readiness for the Cambridge curriculum, ensuring the right class placement.

Admissions review

Our admissions team reviews assessment results, interview notes, previous school reports, and any additional student information.

Secure your place

Settle the one-time enrollment fee, a refundable security deposit, and advance payment of 50% of next term's tuition.

Sign and start

Sign the School-Parents Agreement. Your child is officially part of the School of the Nations community.

Required documents

  • Most recent academic report from previous school
  • School clearance letter or certificate from previous school
  • Confidential student report (requested directly by the school)
  • Copy of passport or national ID (student)
  • Recent passport-sized photographs

The confidential student report is requested directly by the school from your previous institution. You do not need to arrange this yourself.

Common questions

Do students from other school systems adapt well?

Yes. School of the Nations welcomes students of different nationalities and school systems. New students are assessed on entry and supported with ESL, personalised literacy, or numeracy assistance as needed.

What are the typical class sizes?

Classes have a maximum of 18–20 students. Years 1 and 2 include trained teaching assistants for additional support.

Must my child be Christian to enroll?

No. We are a Christian school but are not affiliated with any one church. We warmly welcome families from all faith backgrounds.

Is boarding available?

School of the Nations is a day school only. No boarding facilities are available.

How does the school keep fees affordable?

We operate on a not-for-profit basis, prioritising reasonable fees while providing the best possible facilities and instruction.

How can former students request transcripts?

Former students should contact the admissions office directly at office@schoolofthenations.org.
